I've been reading Alex's story because it's interesting but I can recognise at this point that I've developed real empathy for him. I am so looking forward to his being 'released' from this experience.
The thing I'm thinking as I read this is, Alex is alone but I'm imagining the distress to loved ones in the room if they have to witness him going through this - speaking, arguing, challenges voices which aren't embodied by actual different people but are generated in his mind.
