There was a prospective beta reader who said the book wouldn’t be suspenseful because the reader knows the voices aren’t real. I’m heartened to see that no one who’s actually read the book has ever felt that way.

He's contemplating harming his 'suspects', he's not turning up for work, he's wrecked the house that probably belongs to his landlord, and to anyone witnessing him continually talking to himself, he's absolutely going mad. Looking forward to more.
